Whether you’re considering doggy day care, looking for a trusted dog walker or getting ready for your dog’s first day with us, you’ll probably have a few questions.

Doggy Day Care: The Basics

Our full-day service costs £45 plus VAT, which is £54 including VAT. This includes morning collection from your home, supervised play, enrichment and rest at our countryside doggy day care facility, and your dog’s return home between 3pm and 4pm.

Your dog is collected from home between 7am and 8am and taken to our countryside facility outside London. Their day includes supervised free play, enrichment activities and proper time to rest.
Dogs are kept in small, consistent groups and matched by size and energy level. Depending on the weather, they can enjoy open fields, agility equipment, tunnels, ball pits, paddling pools and shaded or heated rest areas. They are returned home between 3pm and 4pm.

Doggy day care can be a great choice for small and medium-sized dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs and benefit from plenty of exercise, enrichment and social interaction.
Every dog is different, though. Older dogs, very nervous dogs or dogs who prefer their own company may be better suited to dog walking. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll help you decide which service is likely to suit your dog best.

We specialise exclusively in small and medium-sized dogs. It’s why we’re known as “The Small Dog People”.
By focusing on smaller breeds, we can create carefully matched play groups where dogs can socialise comfortably with others of a similar size and energy level.
Collection, Travel and Service Areas

We collect and return dogs within our designated service areas across West and Central London.

Morning collection takes place between 7am and 8am. After a day of supervised play, enrichment and rest at our countryside facility, your dog will be returned home between 3pm and 4pm.

Every dog travels in one of our specially designed pup-mobiles. Each vehicle is air-conditioned and ventilated, with secure individual crates suitable for small and medium-sized dogs.

Safety, Supervision and Play Groups

Dogs are kept in small, consistent groups and matched according to their size and energy level. This helps each dog feel comfortable, build confidence and enjoy spending time with suitable playmates.
Because we care exclusively for small and medium-sized dogs, there are no large breeds charging around alongside much smaller pups.

Yes. Every group is supervised by our experienced team during play, enrichment and rest periods. The team keeps a close eye on how the dogs interact and can adjust groups or activities when needed.

Yes. Every member of our team is DBS-checked and trained in pet first aid and animal care. They also understand canine behaviour and body language, helping them recognise how each dog is feeling and respond appropriately.

Absolutely. Day care isn’t non-stop play from collection to drop-off. Dogs have regular opportunities to relax in shaded rest areas and heated cabins, with the day paced to prevent them from becoming overtired or overstimulated.
The aim is for your dog to come home happily tired after a varied day, rather than completely exhausted.
Facilities, Weather and What to Bring

Our countryside facility has several areas for dogs to explore, including open grass fields, a woodchip play area and our sandy Beach Club for digging and paddling.
There are agility platforms, tunnels, ball pits and toys for enrichment, as well as shaded areas, outdoor beds and heated cabins for rest. Activities are varied throughout the day according to the dogs’ needs and the weather.

On warmer days, dogs have access to fresh water, paddling pools, cooling mats and plenty of shaded areas. The team adjusts the pace of the day so dogs can enjoy shorter periods of activity with regular breaks to cool down and rest.
If your dog particularly feels the heat, you’re welcome to send them with a clearly labelled cooling vest or jacket.

Dogs can warm up and rest in heated cabins throughout the day, so they aren’t expected to remain outside in the cold continuously.
If your dog feels the cold, you can send them with a clearly labelled coat, jacket or fleece to wear during outdoor play.

Please make sure your dog is wearing a secure, well-fitting collar with an ID tag showing your name and address. We also recommend including your telephone number and checking that their microchip details are up to date.
We provide water, bowls, bedding and enrichment equipment at the facility. You only need to send anything else your dog personally needs to remain comfortable, such as a cooling vest in summer or a warm coat in winter.
Please clearly label any belongings with your dog’s name.
Getting Started and Staying Updated

Puppies must have completed their initial course of vaccinations before joining us. As every puppy develops at their own pace, we’ll also consider their confidence, socialisation and readiness for a full day with other dogs.

Yes. Before joining regular day care, your dog will have a trial session to meet the team and help us understand their personality, confidence and energy levels.
We’ll explain how the trial works when you enquire and make sure day care is the right fit for your dog.

Start by getting in touch with our team. Once your dog has completed the joining process and is set up as a client, you’ll be able to manage bookings through our app.

Yes. We share photos and videos on our Instagram Stories throughout the day, so you can follow some of the fun and spot your dog playing, exploring or enjoying a well-earned rest.

No, we provide daytime doggy day care and dog walking only. This allows us to focus entirely on giving dogs a safe, varied and enjoyable day before returning them home.

Our dog walking London service is available to small and medium dogs living across West and Central London where we collect from and return to your home.

We use established local green spaces including Kensington Gardens, Holland Park, Hyde Park, Chelsea Embankment and Imperial Wharf.
The route is chosen according to the dogs in the group, their needs and the conditions on the day.

Dog-walking times are arranged directly with each owner based on their dog’s routine, location and availability. When you enquire, we’ll discuss the most suitable arrangement for you and your dog.

Our group walks are limited to a maximum of four dogs per walker. Keeping groups small allows us to supervise each dog properly and create a calmer, safer and more enjoyable walk.

Wherever possible, yes. We carefully match dogs by size, temperament and energy level, and try to keep familiar walking groups together. This helps dogs feel settled and enjoy their walks with companions they know.

We provide controlled, safe walks either on or off the lead, depending on the individual dog, the location and what has been agreed with their owner.
We can also use long leads, giving dogs more freedom to explore while keeping them securely managed.
